I. After-sales service commitment

 

1、每件由我方售出的設備整體,我方均向客戶提供從設備到工程驗收簽字的各項手續,在整體設備中屬設備制造及設備系統質量問題,本公司實行免費保修 1 年,提供終身維修保養服務;但因使用不當等人為因素、自然因素(如火災、雷擊等)而造成設備損壞,不屬保修范圍。
For each piece of equipment sold by us, we provide customers with all procedures from equipment to project acceptance signature, and for any quality problem in equipment manufacturing and equipment system, this Company implements a 1 year free-of-charge warranty, providing the lifelong maintenance services; any damage to the equipment due to improper use such as man-made factors, natural factors (e.g. fire, lightning, etc.) is not covered by the warranty.


2、急用戶所急,客戶在設備使用期間如遇設備故障問題需要我司派員修理,我司自接通知起,設備故障報修的響應時間為:工作期間(星期一至星期五900~1800,非工作時間為24小時對應制;在30分鐘內響應后4小時內到達現場及時為用戶搶修,排除故障。若設備出現緊急故障時,我方在接到通知后保證在4小時以內派出相關應急維修工程技術人員到達現場,并保證不出1個工作日內排除故障。
If a customer requires this Company to send person to repair any equipment in case of equipment failure during normal use, this Company will, within 4h after receipt of the notice and response within 30min, reach the site to repair the equipment and remove failure on a timely basis, response time for repair of failing equipment: working hours:  (Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00), non-working hours: 24 hours response. If equipment suffers from emergency failure, we guarantee, within 4h after receiving the notice, to send emergency maintenance engineering technicians to arrive at the site, and ensure to complete troubleshooting within 1 working day.


3、我公司定期使用《客方滿意度調查表》向用戶征詢產品質量意見,并密切與貴司廚房工程部聯系,做好設備保養及維修工作。
We regularly solicit product quality opinions from the users by using the Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire, keep close contact with the Kitchen Engineering Department of your Company and carry out equipment maintenance and repair properly.


4、培訓計劃:培訓方式分為定期和不定期兩種。定期培訓為:工程安裝、驗收合格后10天內,我公司派專業技術人員現場指導,對操作人員按照廚房劃分的區域進行區域培訓。培訓相關操作人員設備使用的基本常識;培訓廚房專業人員對所使用設備認知度和基本保養知識,培訓設備使用的安全方法,配備相關的操作手冊。不定期培訓是對更換的操作人員進行上崗前對專業設備使用的培訓,且協助指導使用,保障各廚房的正常運作,并保證操作人員會正確使用和操作各項設備。Training plan: Training divided into regular and irregular training. Regular training: Within 10 days after engineering installation and acceptance, this Company will send professional technicians to give site guidance and to train the operators regionally according to the regions of kitchens. Train relevant operators on basic common knowledge about equipment use; train the kitchen professionals on recognition and basic maintenance knowledge about the equipment used, train about the safe methods for use of equipment and provide relevant operation manuals. Irregular training means to train the replacement operators on use of professional equipment before their going to the post, to assist in guidance and use, to guarantee normal operation of each kitchen and to ensure correct use and operation of equipment by the operators.


5、設備的質量保修期自設備驗收單簽署之日起1年。
The quality warranty period of the equipment is 1 year from the date of signing of the equipment acceptance certificate.
